Morowali, November 22— QMB’s second “Cultural Integration Cup” football tournament concluded on Friday evening after nearly a month of competition and 91 matches.

The final matche unfolded under unexpected rain, adding tension and atmosphere to the event. Despite the wet field and soaked jerseys, players remained determined and continued competing with high energy.

After fierce competition, the Security Department team won the championship, followed by the Power Planning & Operations Department team as runner up, and the Administration Fleet team secured third place. IRSAN from the Security Department received the Top Scorer award, while RIDHO from the Power Planning & Operations Department was named as the Most Valuable Player (MVP).

This tournament highlighted not only athletic skill but also teamwork, discipline, and cross-cultural collaboration.Throughout the month-long schedule, players adhered to principles of “sportsmanship”, referees ensured fair and professional officiating, and staff and volunteers worked diligently behind the scenes. Together, they showcased the spirit of cross-cultural integration and collaborative progress between Chinese and Indonesian employees.
