On March 1, 2025, Indonesia officially entered the holy month of Ramadan. In response to local cultural traditions, QMB organized a series of Ramadan care activities as a gesture of respect and tolerance for cultural diversity.

Recently, the AL-QUDDUS Mosque at QMB was officially inaugurated. Covering an area of more than 1,200 square meters, the mosque can accommodate over a thousand worshippers at the same time and is equipped with ablution facilities, a sound system, and storage space. With these facilities, Muslim employees now have a larger and more comfortable place of worship, enhancing their prayer experience.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by prominent religious figures, including the Chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of Morowali Regency, H. Mauluddin, and the Chairman of the IMIP Mosque Prosperity Council, Djoko Suprapto, who participated in the ribbon-cutting event. They expressed high appreciation for the “Cultural Integration and Growing Together with Indonesia” concept promoted by Chairman of the Board, Xu Kaihua, and extended their gratitude to QMB for providing worship facilities for Muslim employees.

Additionally, to support employees working during Ramadan, the company distributes free drinks every day at iftar time to help them regain energy. The operating hours of the Indonesian canteen have also been adjusted to accommodate the meal schedules of Muslim employees, ensuring they can observe fasting properly while maintaining their daily lives and work optimally.

QMB will continue to uphold the concept of cultural integration, respect religious diversity, and carry out various Ramadan activities. The company also aims to extend these initiatives to the surrounding communities, fostering a harmonious relationship between the company and the local community.
