Brilliant lanterns illuminate Nickel City, as laughter and joy fill the air in celebration of the festival. On February 12, 2025, QMB organized the "Golden Snake Dancing, Joyful Lantern Festival" event, bringing together Chinese and Indonesian employees from various departments to experience the festive atmosphere and showcase the unique charm of cultural integration.

The event featured a variety of exciting activities, including lantern riddles, ring toss, three-legged race, five-person plank walking, and sandbag throwing competitions. Combining traditional cultural entertainment with team spirit, the event attracted nearly 1,300 participants. The lantern riddle segment sparked enthusiastic discussions as employees eagerly solved the riddles hanging from colorful lanterns, experiencing the profound heritage of Chinese culture. Meanwhile, the competitive games created a lively atmosphere filled with cheers and applause. Employees strengthened friendships through laughter and fostered teamwork through collaboration. Among them, teams from the Acid Plant, Mineral Processing Plant, Electrical and Instrumentation Department, and Finance Department delivered outstanding performances and achieved remarkable results.
