On January 8, 2025, the sixth edition of QMB's Cultural Integration Talking Session was successfully held at the Material Dispensing Center. QMB Deputy General Manager Li Zhi zhuan led representatives from the Administrative Service Center to conduct face-to-face exchanges with frontline employees, and QMB Deputy General Manager Wu Xulong presided over the event.

This exchange activity focused on the training, promotion, and welfare of Indonesian employees. Chinese and Indonesian employees actively talked and shared their personal feelings and suggestions on topics such as career development planning, work skill improvement and welfare optimization. The atmosphere created was very intimate, and the participants exchanged ideas openly to promote the deepening of Cultural Integration. Deputy General Manager Li Zhi zhuan said that the company will further optimize the training system for Indonesian employees, provide them with more opportunities to improve skills, and enhance the career development system to help employees realize their personal values.

In addition, representatives from the Administrative Service Center answered in detail the specific questions raised by employees about the working environment, accommodation and food conditions, employee activities, etc., and promised to provide timely feedback and implementation of reasonable suggestions to ensure that improvement measures can be implemented in practice and improve employee satisfaction.
