On December 21, 2024, the Talk Session event, organized by the QMB Cultural Integration Department, visited the Material Supply Center. QMB's Deputy General Manager, Li Zhi Zhuan, together with representatives from the Administrative Service Center, engaged in direct dialogue with front-line employees, while QMB's Deputy General Manager, Jin Guoquan, also led the event.

During the session, all employees from China and Indonesia actively participated, expressing appreciation for the current working conditions and living environment, while also sharing the challenges they face at work. From issues regarding the work environment to suggestions for improving food quality, employees provided many practical suggestions and feedback. Through direct discussions, agreements were reached regarding necessary improvements.

The Mineral Selection Workshop serves as a model workshop for the EIT group of the SCORE project, which in the past month has continuously optimized and improved various aspects related to health, safety, and clean production. With the philosophy of "Communication, Appreciation, and Trust," the Talk Session with Cultural Integration fosters positive interaction with the SCORE project, listens to employees' voices on basic needs such as clothing, food, housing, and transportation, and continuously works to improve employee satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment.
