On December 7, 2024, the second talk session of QMB Cultural Fusion was successfully held at the QMB End Processing Center. QMB Deputy General Manager, Li Zhi Zhuan, led the activity together with representatives from the Administration and Logistics Service Center.

During the event, Chinese and Indonesian employees from the Final Processing Center had a face-to-face discussion with representatives from the Administrative and Logistics Service Center. All participants actively expressed their opinions, shared difficulties encountered in work and daily life and provided improvement suggestions through videos, photos and other means. QMB Assistant General Manager Zhang Song related the discussion to the real conditions of the department and added specific ideas and workable solutions to improve the working environment of employees, giving more practical value and relevance to the discussion.

The talk session activities this time took place in a light and fun atmosphere. Employees expressed their hope that this form of communication can continue on an ongoing basis, so as to make a greater contribution to improving the work environment and promoting cultural integration.
