On November 30, 2024, the cultural fusion talk session went more in-depth this time by visiting the Smelting Center. QMB Deputy Managing Director Wang Yi was present in person at the event, along with QMB Vice President Li Zhi Zhuan and others, who led a group from the Administration and Logistics Service Center to participate in this activity.

As the first stop in a series of in-depth cultural fusion talk sessions to each division, this activity aimed to “listen to the voices of employees” to understand the real needs of frontline employees, and encourage the implementation of cultural fusion in each division. Chinese and Indonesian employees openly shared their views on the working environment, daily transportation, and daily life. The atmosphere at the venue was very warm, with each participant having the opportunity to speak up and offer many constructive suggestions and opinions. Wang Yi, Li Zhi Zhuan and representatives from the Administration and Logistics Service Center listened carefully, gave feedback one by one, and determined the direction and resolution steps for the key issues.

Going forward, these culture-blending talk sessions will continue to be held in more schemes and with higher frequency, covering more departments and work positions, to listen to employees' real needs and solve their problems. Through a seamless, continuous, and all-encompassing communication mechanism, employees' opinions and suggestions will be conveyed quickly to management, promoting timely resolution of issues. This aims to further advance the company's concern for employees and strengthen the concept of cultural fusion in the hearts of each individual.
