On March 16th, Fadli Firdiansyah, an Indonesian employee of QMB Engineering Installation Command Center, and Iswan, an employee of the Warehousing and Logistics Center, experienced a severe fire at the dormitory they were renting in Labota. This resulted in all of their personal belongings and essentials being reduced to ashes.

To express the company's deep care and condolences to the employees, and to make them feel the warmth of the company, further promoting cultural integration, QMB held a compassionate relief event on March, 27th. The company provided each of the two affected Indonesian employees with a new set of protective gear and donated essential items such as badsheets, blankets, pillowcases, pillows, shampoo, body wash, towels, as well as instant noodles, and mineral water as emergency aid. This assistance was aimed at providing them with the necessary support to help them through this difficult time.

The two Indonesian employees expressed heartfelt gratitude for the company's care. They expressed their excitement and pledged to continue steadfastly in their positions, diligently fulfilling their responsibilities, and making even more contributions to the company's development, “I will continue to hold onto my position, fulfill my responsibilities earnestly, and contribute even more to the development of the company."
