Mr. XU Kaihua, currently serves as chairman and president of our Company. Mr. Xu is the founder of our Company. Mr. Xu currently also serves as executive director of Fengcheng Xinyuanxing New Materials Co., Ltd. and supervisor of Shenzhen Huifengyuan Investment Co., Ltd.. Mr. Xu currently is the vice president of China Association of Circular Economy. Mr. Xu obtained a master’s degree in Metallurgical Materials from Central South University,and is a part-time professor at Central South University and Bandung Institute of Technology. Mr. Xu wasengaged in teaching and research at Central South University and had conducted short-term cooperative research with Yamamoto Research Office of University of Tokyo (as a senior researcher)

Ms. WANG Min, currently serves as Director of our Company. Ms. Wang is a co-founder of our Company. Ms. Wang currently also serves as an executive director of Shenzhen Huifengyuan Investment Co. Ltd. Ms. Wang previously worked for the middle plate factory of Anhui Ma’anshan Iron & Steel Company, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Vanke Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen Zhongwu Group, and Shenzhen Zhongjin High Energy Battery Material Co. Ltd.

Mr. ZHOU Bo, currently serves as Director and executive vice president of our Company. Mr. Zhou previously worked for Baosteel Group Chaoyang Precision Strip Steel Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhongjin High Energy Battery Material Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou graduated from MBA training program of Renmin University of China and processes qualification of engineer.

Ms. WEI Wei, currently serves as Director of our Company. Ms. Wei currently also serves as vice president of Beijing Jingneng Tongxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. Ms. Wei previously worked for CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., Xianfeng Guosheng Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., Zhongguancun M&A Fund of Funds, and Chaowei Mingzhi (Hengqin) Investment Management Co., Ltd.. Ms. Wei graduated from Renmin University of China, majoring in Civil and Commercial Law, with a master’s degree.

Mr. PAN Feng, currently serves as independent Director of our Company. Mr. Pan currently also serves as independent director of Tiantong Holdings Co., Ltd. and non-independent director of Chongyi Zhanyuan Tungsten Co., Ltd. Mr. Pan previously worked for Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials Research Institute. From July 1996 to present, Mr. Pan has been a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Materials of Tsinghua University. Mr. Pan graduated from Tsinghua University, majoring in Material Physics, with a doctoral degree.

Mr. LIU Zhonghua，currently serves as independent Director of our Company. Mr. Liu currently also serves as independent director of Guangdong Provincial Expressway Development Co., Ltd., and independent director of SGIS Songshan Co., Ltd. and Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu previously worked for the Accounting Department of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics and the School of Management of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and is now a professor and postgraduate tutor of the School of Accounting of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Mr. Liu holds a master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology and is a professor of Accounting.

Mr. LU Xijin，currently serves as chairman of the Board of Supervisors and employee representative Supervisor of our Company. Mr. Lu previously worked for Hubei Jinggong Cement Co., Ltd. Mr. Lu joined our Company in 2009 and previously served as vice president of Jingmen GEM Co., Ltd., president of Jiangxi Green Recycling Co., Ltd., president of GEM (Wuhan) Urban Mining Industry Group Co., Ltd. and vice president of the Company. Mr. Lu graduated from Central China Normal University, majoring in Applied Chemistry, with a master’s degree and obtained MBA from Wuhan University. Mr. Lu obtained the national senior professional manager certificate.

Ms. WANG Jian，currently serves as employee representative Supervisor of our Company. Ms. Wang previously worked for Ma’anshan Iron and Steel Company and Changsha Liyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. Ms. Wang previously served as the executive vice president of Jingmen GEM Co., Ltd. and the president of Wuhan Hannengtong New Energy Vehicle Service Co., Ltd. Ms. Wang obtained a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electrical Automation and possesses the qualification of Economist.

Mr. SONG Wanxiang，currently serves as shareholder representative Supervisor of our Company. Mr. Song previously worked for Shenzhen Zhongjin High Energy Battery Materials Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jiayao Wood Industry Development Co., Ltd., and Fenghuo Creative Stock Management Co., Ltd.. Mr. Song joined our Company in 2012 and served as financial director of Jiangsu Kalik Cobalt Co., Ltd., financial director and vice president of the Company. Mr. Song graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology majoring in Accounting and is processes the qualification of Senior Accountant.

Mr. CHEN Binzhang，currently serves as shareholder representative Supervisor of our Company. Mr. Chen previously worked for Dongguan Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong Dunwell Industrial (Holdings) Limited, Hubei Jinheng Accounting Firm Co., Ltd., and Hubei Sijiqing Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen joined our Company in 2004 and previously served as chief financial officer of Jingmen GEM Co., Ltd. and chief accountant of the Company.

Mr. WU Guangyuan，currently serves as shareholder representative Supervisor of our Company. Mr. Wu previously worked for Jiangxi Ganxian Rare-earth Mine and Hongsheng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.. Mr. Wu joined the our Company in 2006 and previously served as assistant president, deputy general manager of production, general manager of business division, executive vice president of Jingmen GEM Co., Ltd., and vice president of the Company. Mr. Wu graduated from Gannan Normal University (formerly known as Gannan Normal College) majoring in Chemistry. Mr. Wu processes the qualification of Metallurgical Engineer.
