On February 1, 2024, the launching ceremony of the third batch of 1,000 talented technicians skills training and GEM Indonesia-PT.QMB corporate culture training was held at the QMB International Conference Hall.

In order to firmly implement the company's talent strategy and further enhance the mechanism of QMB's talent development strategy, the company has taken efforts to cultivate professional and skilled talents to create an area that emphasizes "talented workers". A total of 1,014 employees were enrolled in the Third Batch of the 1,000 Talented Workers Skills Training, which comprised 451 Indonesian employees. The high participation rate in this training reflects the enthusiastic attitude of QMB employees to improve their skills and expand their professional knowledge, and also demonstrates the attractiveness and recognition of the company's training programs.

In order to meet the practical needs of employees and to ensure the quality of training and the impact of cultural integration, the company established a team of professional instructors and prepared bilingual training materials in Chinese and Indonesian. The company also creates general courses such as corporate culture, production and fire safety, environmental management, quality management and other general courses, as well as production systems, non-production systems, professional and practical training courses and other courses, aiming to improve the skills and quality of employees in their respective fields through diversified course development. After completing the training program, participating employees will be assessed and evaluated, then based on the assessment results, the grades of senior, middle, and junior technicians will be assessed by the company and skill subsidies will be awarded for the corresponding grades, thus motivating employees to continue learning, strive for excellence, and improve their skills.
