On the morning of November 17, 2023, EcoPro Materials CO, LTD (EcoPro Materials), a company in which GEM is also a shareholder, was successfully listed on the main board of the Yoido Korea Exchange. EcoPro Matrials became the first precursor materials company in the new energy sector to be listed on the Korean capital market. Prof. Xu Kaihua, Director of GEM, was personally invited to attend the listing ceremony. EcoPro Materials (stock code: 450080) made a public offering of 11,580,800 new shares at an issue price of KRW 36,200 per share. GEM holds 2,022,074 shares, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital after issuance.

In 2016, as a representative of Chinese new energy enterprises, GEM took the lead in investing in EcoPro Materials with EcoPro CO, LTD. of South Korea. Over the past 8 years, GEM and EcoPro have been partners with each other in joy and sorrow.
