Deputy secretary Liu Qi and his party visited GEM(Jiangxi) Circular Economy Museum, ELV dismantling plant, motorcycle dismantling plant, and harmless scrap fluorescent lamps processing plant. During the visit, Lu Xijin, deputy secretary of GEM, made a detailed report to Liu Qi, deputy secretary and his party about GEM’s industrial distribution all over China, and green processing technology and harmless environmental management level of GEM’s ELV industry.

The objective for deputy secretary Liu Qi and his party visiting GEM is to promote the supply-side structural reforms in Jiangxi, carry out the specific project of reducing costs and optimizing development environment, and enhance profitability of enterprise. Lu Xijin, deputy secretary of GEM, had a detailed report to deputy secretary Liu Qi and his party about the development of the past six years of Jiangxi GEM and its development goals in next five years, proposed the policy of reducing operating costs that government could give enterprise on the development, and GEM was confident in developing the environment of Jiangxi province, would firmly invested Jiangxi, vigorously developed the circular economy, boosted the construction of ecological civilization demonstration construction of Jiangxi, created the green development demonstration zone of Yangtze River Economic Belt .
