On the morning of 8th December,Cui Jindu, deputy director of Tianjin standing commitee of the NPC paida visit to GEM (Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park. The representatives of Tianjin GEM warmly received our distinguished guests and accompanied them to visit GEM (Tianjin) Urban Mining Museum, intelligent information monitoring platform and ELV dismantling workshop. 

The principal of Tianjin GEM showed the layout of GEM (Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park in detail, especially the contributions which GEM had made to the environment for waste resources remanufacturing. In GEM (Tianjin) Urban Mining Museum, Cui expressedhis shock to the design of Museum,and highly appreciated the concept of circulareconomy

In the intelligent information monitoring platform and ELV dismantling workshop, the principal introduced to Cui the verification and dismantling process of scraped vehicles and the raw material flow and parts remanufacturing after dismantling. Cui expressed he appreciated the standard management system and advanced technological processof GEM and spoke highly of the modern dismantling process and recycling mode.

After the visit, Cui said, the concept of “exploiting urban mines” proposed by GEM, is in good accordance with national ecological civilization construction,and an important part of ecological cities and recycling cities construction. Waste recycling is not only “building a house” for the waste, but also continuingthe value of wastes, which reflects green development. He expected that GEM could make more contributions to environmental protection.
