On the 30th August 2015, the guests from Mitsui Corporation visited GEM (Jingmen)  Recycling Industrial Park. Professor Xu Kaihua, the president of GEM Group warmly received the guests.

Accompanied by the senior leaders of GEM, the representatives from Mitsui visited GEM (Jingmen) Urban Mining Museum, e-waste dismantling workshop, print circuit board pyrolysis workshop, tungsten resources recycling workshop and ternary battery materials manufacturing workshop. The representatives admired GEM’s concept of  “turning waste into wealth”, and showed a great interests on GEM’s breakthroughs and achievements in the field of battery materials and rare metals recycling.

On 1st September, Mitsui’s representatives paid an investigation visit to GEM (Wuhan) Recycling Industrial Park. The head of the park warmly welcomed and guided the guests to  GEM (Wuhan) Urban Mining Museum, ELV dismantling workshop, e-waste recycling workshop and auto parts re-manufacturing company.

After the visits, an in-depth seminar was made between the representatives of Mitsui and President Xu. After the introduction of the main business scopes of GEM which made by President Xu, both companies of two countries exchanged their views on cooperation in this venous industry, expressed the passion on environmental protection industry and the determination to develop this field. Both sides would learn from each other to promote the development of the environmental protection industry in China and Japan .Finally, Mitsui expressed their wish to establish an in-depth strategic cooperation with GEM on technology, capital and market.
