On the afternoon of 28th May 2015, delegations from Circular Economy Forum of China, Japan and South Korea visited GEM (Tianjin) Urban Mining Resources Recycling Industrial Park. The general manager of Tianjin GEM warmly received the delegations and guided them to visit the Urban Mining Museum, information monitoring platform and ELV green processing workshop.

The general manager of Tianjin GEM introduced the industrial layout and development of GEM Group during the last decades as well as the willingness "constructing a green Ziya, building a beautiful Tianjin". In the museum, the delegations were shocked by the magnificent design of the museum and gave a highly praise. At the information monitoring platform, they spoke highly of the green business philosophy of "making the environmental protection business transparency. The delegations gave a high praise of GEM’s advanced ELV processing mode, the world"s leading equipments and the three-dimensional processing system.

From 28th to 29th May 2015, Circular Economy Forum of China, Japan and South Korea was hold in Tianjin which was hosted by Tianjin Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and the People"s Government of Jinghai County. The theme of this Forum was “Urban Mining, Recycling in Ziya”. The forum gathered people from all sectors of circular economy in China, Japan and South Korea, discussed potential cooperation with Japan and South Korea in the field of circular economy around Tianjin together, to make a further distribution of the construction of the circular economy demonstration base of China, Japan and South Korea and the development of circular economy industry of these three countries. Professor Zhang Yunhe, the chief of the central research institute of GEM made the report of “Understand the development of circular economy demonstration base in China from the industry practice of GEM”.
