On the morning of 2nd March 2015, the delegation of Japan-China Economic Association, consisting of four members, and the leaders from foreign affairs office of Tianjin visited GEM (Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park, who were accompanied by Ji Guoqiang, the secretary of Jinghai County Party Committee, the county chief and deputy chief of Jinghai County, Director Wei of Ziya Administrative Committee of Tianjin Ziya Circular Economy Industrial Area.

Japan-China Economic Association was founded on 22nd November 1972, is a professional group focus on Japan-China economic relations, which commits to promoting the bilateral economic and trade cooperation and promoting the development of the friendship between the people. Every year, it will organize exchange of visits between two countries’ economic, commercial and technical delegation. It have made long-term contributions for breaking obstacles of bilateral economic and trade cooperation and establishing relationship on the basis of  mutual benefit, reciprocity and common development.

The delegation of Japan-China Economic Association visited GEM (Tianjin) Urban Mining Museum, information monitoring center and ELV recycling green workshop. During the visiting of museum, the visitors from Japan-China Economic Association were amazed for the precious collections such as vintage car, TV, computer in GEM Urban Mining Museum. Meanwhile, they highly appreciated the high-tech environmental products and the scientific and technological achievements which GEM has achieved.

Then, the chief of Tianjin Park made a description of the real-time production situation of other industrial parks of GEM Group to the delegation of Japan-China Economic Association through the real-time video monitoring system of Information Monitoring Center, and convey GEM’s belief and mission for building a global respectable environment company to them. The delegation of Japan-China Economic Association carefully learned the ELV integrated green process model, the global advanced ELV and motorbike dismantling equipments, and the normative and orderly dismantling process and environmental measures. Also they deeply experienced the technical advantages, industrial benefits and the contributions to resources recycling industry which GEM has made.

Before the delegation of Japan-China Economic Association left, they expressed their high appreciation of GEM’s advanced normative and orderly circular economy model and their highly endorsed GEM’s concept of circular economy. Meanwhile, both sides exchanged gifts and appointed to keep close long-term partner relationship.
