On May 28^th, 2014, Mr.Zhou Jiannan, deputy director of Listed Companies department one from China Securities Regulatory Commission visited GEM, accompanied by leadership of Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, are warmly received by Mrs. Wang Min, the executive vice president of GEM Group, Mr. Mu Jian, the secretary of board of GEM Group and Mr. Peng Benchao, the supervisor of GEM group.

  Mrs. Wang Min(the executive vice president) showed director Zhou the remote real-time video of company waste disposal system and displayed the various high-tech recycled products, like cobalt, nickel, tungsten, gold, silver, etc., After that, Professor Xu Kaihua, Chairman of GEM Group reported the company development history under the promotion of capital market and the positive affective of our company achievement for whole e-wastes and other scrap treatment industry via teleconference video system. Chairman Xu appreciated the support for GEM “urban mine” recycling industry from China Securities Regulatory Commission, and hoped that GEM would become international advanced circulation enterprises under the active promotion of capital market. Director Zhou expressed certainty for GEM’s contribution to China waste treatment under the promotion of capital market, considered GEM as model for enterprise of circular economy, example of national ecological civilization construction, and said that would support outstanding enterprises like GEM to do bigger and stronger.
