On May 22, 2014, the executive director of MITSUI, Takebe Yukiochi visited GEM (Wuhan) Urban Mining Circular Economy Industrial Park.  Chairman Prof. Xu Kaihua and leaders from Wuhan government gave a warm reception and made a deep communication on the cooperation of the recycling of the end-of-life vehicles parts.

  General manager Jiao Hua accompanied the visitors around the factories. There were real-time monitoring system, e-waste warehouse, circular economy museum, e-waste disassembly lines and WPC production lines. Jiao Hua introduced the project planning and the progress schedule, which showed the decision and passion on the circular economy field of GEM. Takebe Yukiochi gave a highly affirmation.

  Chairman Xu Kaihua gave a brief report on the current situation of GEM’s circular economy development and the policy environment. Takebe Yukiochi highly appreciated the development philosophy of GEM and looked forward to deeper cooperation on the recycling of end-of-life vehicles parts. The two parties showed full confidence to the strategic cooperation in the future, and build a end-of-life vehicles treatment system with top class technology to achieve win win.
