On November 21, 2013, Mr. Gary Sherman, Director Operational Excellence, Mrs. Amy Capozzi, Sourcing Analyst, Mr. Victor Bai, Manager sourcing, Asia Pacific, from Kennametal visited Jingmen GEM cobalt powder manufacturing base. GEM group deputy general manager Mr. Jiang Zhenkang gave a warm reception to Kennametal guests.
        Kennametal team had a factory tour accompanied by GEM group deputy general manager Mr. Jiang Zhenkang, the head of R&D, Prof. Zhang Yunhe, and quality manager Mr. Liu Wenze, including the analytical centers, cobalt powder production workshop, special cobalt powders workshops, waste water treatment system facilities, Tungsten recycling facilities and electronic-waste dismantling facilities.  
        During the visit, Kennametal highly appreciated the comprehensive environmental protection during the whole production process, especially on the production and quality control of cobalt powder.
