July 31st 2012, Ministry of Commerce of People"s Republic of China Circular Economy Research Center was founded at building A3 15th floor, optical valley financial port , East lake high-tech development zone, Wuhan, Hubei. We believe that with the support and guidance from MOFCOM, the growing sophistication of this Center will contribute to society with high sense of responsibility, in return of all your work and support.
Philosophy of Circular Economy Research Center:
    Where the consumption ends, where the renewable resources derive and the recycle starts. Innovate economically recycling; achieve the harmony unity of social responsibility, economic value and environmental value, to serve our country and our people.
Goals of Circular Economy Research Center:
    Take serve the country as our goal, achieve the unity of 5 functions: the research and exploration of theories; the attract, cultivation and output of talents; the disclosure and communication of information; the propaganda and popularization of concepts; the practice and radiation of industry. To build an open communication platform for circular economy; to instruct and promote the practice with theory; to guide the development of circular economy with practice. We will study the generality development mode and operation mechanism of circular economy, to realize the great circulation of resource input, enterprise production, consumption and obsoleting.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Circular Economy Research Center：
1. To adopt international practices, and extend research in circulation economic theory system and accurate business mode in the field of consumption;
2. To gather experts, cultivate talents, and promote communication, cooperation and achievement transformation;
3. To guide customers green consumption, and promote the upgrade of consumption mode;
4. To conduct propaganda and education, practice new mode, and promote the importance of environmental protection.
