May 29th 2012, the Director of Ministry of Commerce Market Operation Department, Mr. Jiankai Di, accompanied by the deputy director of Hubei department of commerce, Mr. Daqiang Ma, visited Wuhan GEM Recycling Industrial Park, general manager of Wuhan GEM, Mrs. Jian Wang gave a report on urban mine resource exploitation, “3R” recycling consumption community shop including: low-carbon products sale area, consignment and exchange area, renewable resources recovery area.
    Mr. Jiankai Di emphasizes the 3R shop has made great contributions on the circulation of low-carbon & energy-saving products. He said 3R shop is a innovative business model in China, and worth to be spread, and he also said the GEM Three-green Project (Advocate green consumption, Cultivate green market, Open up green channel) will be supported and concerned by the Ministry of Commerce.
