November 30th 2011, Mrs. Yanrong Liu, the vice-director of NDRC (National Development and Reform Committee) Hi-tech Division; Mr. Zhulin Shen, the director of Hi-tech Division Innovation Ability Unit; Mr. Qi Jing, the provincial Sub-inspector of Hubei SDRC; Mr. Hongbin Dong, the director of Hubei SDRC Hi-tech Division; Mrs. Xiaoli Shang, the deputy director of Hubei SDRC Hi-tech Division visited Wuhan GEM Recycling Industrial Park. GEM’s Chief Executive Dr. Kaihua Xu, Deputy General Manager Mrs. Ming Wang showed the visitors around the monitoring system, E-waste warehouse, E-waste dissembling plant, WPC plant, and testing center.
    Mrs. Yanrong Liu appreciated the innovation business model and management; he said the energy conservation and environmental protection should be the key direction of innovation ability construction in the future.
