On the afternoon of March 19, 2022, the March departure ceremony for commando going abroad to GEM- QMB Indonesia Nickel Resources Project was grandly held in the International Conference Hall of Jingmen Park.

In order to resolutely win "all-round war, tough battle, decisive battle" of the Indonesian nickel resources project, to ensure that the Indonesian project is put into operation before June 30, and to fulfill the commitment to the investors and the world, the group issued a mobilization order, naming "100 technicians and 100 managers to go abroad to build Indonesia project". Under the influence of the initiative,more than 150 employees voluntarily ask for going abroad to take the lead. Today, they grabbed the flag, shouted their oaths, signed military orders, drank wine together, shared a farewell feast, and embarked on the heroic road with super courage and perseverance.

On March 6 last year, 31 of GEM staff went to Indonesia. On March 19 this year, more than 150 employees went there again. The number is from 31 to 150, which is not only a leap in the number, but also a witness to the "Indonesian achievements" and the inheritance of the "spirit of going abroad". Under the example of the first batch of staff who went abroad and had achieved outstanding results, more and more staff of GEM dared to go abroad and were willing to abroad.
"In the past year, 2,000 builders, including foreign employees, have made achievement that a project site is from scratch and from 1 to N." Lu Xijin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Group, summed up the impressive achievements of the Indonesian project in the past year. He said that while dreams, spirits and honors are important, what is more important is the safety of employees. At present, the epidemic situation is grim, we should pay more attention on project construction and epidemic prevention. And it is hoped that the staff who go abroad should improve their awareness of prevention and control, strengthen personal protection, and maintain a healthy and upward mentality.

The red flag is dancing, and the blood is surging. Tang Xingbang, the team leader, and the vice team leader of Li Yang, Cui Tao, and Chen Yunfeng, solemnly took the flag from chairman Lu Xijin's hands and waved it. The transmission and fluttering of this bright red flag represents a heavy task and countless hope, and it was also a surge of enthusiasm among the staff who went abroad.

Signing the military order means to take over the big project and heavy task of the construction of Indonesia's nickel resource project. All the staff wrote down their names in a dashing manner, and this stroke and painting were all about their firm belief and high morale after being entrusted with heavy responsibilities, their enthusiasm for fighting overseas, and their beautiful vision of a green future.
