The spirit of responsibility is one of the ten green spirit cultural systems of GEM. We take global ESG social responsibility and advocate integrity, loving the country, the enterprise, and employees. In order to deeply practice the spirit of responsibility of loving employees  and let GEM's ESG social responsibility be implemented, recently, under the unified call of the group's party committee and trade union, the group parks actively organized and carried out love donation activities to raise medical expenses for the family of Wang Fei, a difficult employee of the company. Finally, 263,443.21 yuan was donated with a total of more than 6,000 employees. Just like the water gathered into lake and the sand gathered into a tower, if we unite the will, the little love can be gathered into the great power of GEM.
Wang Fei is from Tianmen City, Hubei Province, and he joined GEM, the Electric Waste Division of Green Cycle Jingmen Park on January 20, 2022 to work as a CRT TV refining demolition worker. Since joining the company, Wang Fei has worked conscientiously and responsibly, pragmatically and diligently, and has been unanimously recognized by leaders and colleagues. On April 24, 2022, the bad news that Wang Fei's husband Yan Hongbing was diagnosed with leukemia was like a thunderbolt on a sunny day, breaking the peaceful life of Wang Fei's family. Wang Fei's family has six person. Parents are old and sick, two children are still in school and husband Yan Hongbing was originally the pillar of the family, and now the disease has suddenly arrived, which led the husband and wife can not continue to work.  The torture of illness and the high cost of surgery make the family worse that was not rich in the first place.
After learning about Wang Fei's husband's illness and family situation, the group trade union urgently carried out a love donation activity throughout the company and advocated that everyone work together to dedicate love and help Wang Fei's family tide over the difficulties. Under the leadership of Professor Xu Kaihua, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group, the company's leaders at all levels and the majority of employees have generously donated money and dedication. As of 11:00 on May 18, more than 6,000 employees from the Group's headquarters, parks and companies actively participated in the donation activities, raising a total of 263,443.21 yuan of love funds.
"Running an enterprise with love, caring for employees, and passing on love" is the purpose of the Green Love Foundation for GEM employees. Over the years, GEM has always practiced the spirit of mutual assistance, and has organized many donation activities to solve difficulties for employees in distress. The donation activity organized to Wang Fei's family further reflects the deep friendship and mutual assistance and the social responsibility of unity, and it encourages all employees to have a positive attitude towards life, creates a warm family atmosphere of "unity and friendship, mutual help and mutual assistance", and enhances the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise.
