On July 20, 2022, GEM received a letter of decision from the Swiss Exchange Regulatory Authority to list up to 47,835,222 Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") issued by the company on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Thus, the channels for GEM to issue GDR in the Swiss Stock Exchange and get listed in the Swiss Stock Exchange have been opened completely.

This year, on April 30, GEM revealed its listed abroad program for the first time. GEM planned to issue GDR and list on the Swiss Exchange to support the development of the European power battery recycling project and power battery resources. The insurance and listing promote the company's internationalization layout, developing the company's international financing channels, and further strengthening the global brand influence. On May 24, the China Securities Regulatory Commission received the company's application to issue GDR on the Swiss Stock Exchange and list on the Swiss Stock Exchange. On June 22, GEM obtained the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. On July 20, the conditional approval of the Swiss Exchange Regulator marks the final sprint stage for the issuance of GDR and the listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
