In the afternoon of May 6th, Gem and Xi'An Pump & Valve Plant executed the strategic cooperation framework MOU for pumps and valves in QMB Indonesia. GEM Group Chairman Professor Xu Kaihua, Group Chairman of Xi'An Pump & Valve Plant company, General Manager Mr. Chen Mengmin were present to witness the event. Deputy General Manager of GEM Group, and General Manager of Peng Yaguang, Xi'An Pump & Valve Plant company, representative of the Minister of Military Trade Xu Yunjun signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

At the signing ceremony, Chairman Chen Mengmin said that Xi'An Pump & Valve Plant will set up a professional R&D team and provide R&D costs which are sufficiently incentivized, to speed up the process of localizing the facilities required for the wet melting process and also help QMB to further achieve cost reduction and efficiency.

   Group Chairman Xu Kaihua first recognized the long-term cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship with Xi'An Pump & Valve Plant, and pointed out that overseas supply chain expansion is a necessary way to reduce costs, the only way to go to improve competitiveness, Xi'An Pump & Valve Plant actively responds to the overseas distribution chain expansion model and the company is a pioneer in terms of overseas distributors.  Chairman Xu Kaihua further stated that he hopes that both parties can continue to strengthen the close cooperation of this project, jointly create new opportunities, launch a new chapter with the great pump and valve manufacturing enterprises in Indonesia, in order to achieve mutual benefits and a win-win situation together!
