On January 16th, the Director of R&D at the Tanaka Chemical Institute and General Manager TANAKA TAKAAKI, along with a delegation from Hanko Kogyo Co., Ltd. Japan, visited and exchanged experiences in the QMB factory area in Indonesia. Chairman of GEM Group, Professor Xu Kaihua, warmly welcomed the delegation.
During the visit, the delegation directly observed projects in the QMB factory area, including project layouts, sustainable production lines (green lines), research and development facilities, and others. Subsequently, both parties held a meeting to discuss the quality of MHP products, technical aspects, and more.
Chairman Xu Kaihua stated that the QMB project is a laterite nickel Hidrometalurgy project designed, built, and operated independently by GEM, with a core advantage in cost control and the ESG brand of construction. The delegation from the Tanaka Chemical Institute expressed that GEM's achievements in two main sectors, battery material manufacturing and resource recycling, are exemplary in the industry and worthy of study.
