This program was initiated in response to the relatively low level of awareness among school-age children regarding proper dental care, which can effect overall health. Through this initiative, QMB aimed to provide education that is not only theoretical, but also practical and easy to understand. Early education at the primary school level is considered essential for fostering lifelong clean and healthy habits.

The activities were designed to be interactive and educational, beginning with a presentation on oral health, including common causes of tooth decay such as excessive consumption of sugary foods and irregular brushing habits. The material was delivered using a communicative approach to ensure clarity and engagement. This was followed by a demonstration using visual aids, including dental models and toothbrushes, to illustrate proper brushing techniques. This approach helped students better understand the steps required to maintain good oral hygiene.
