Once a year for the Dragon Boat Festival, once a year for peace and health. On 10th June 2024, in celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, Chairman of the Group, Professor Xu Kaihua, invited over 200 people, including Chinese and Indonesian managers from QMB and heads of various construction units, to join for lunch.

Chairman Xu Kaihua first highly praised the significant contributions of Chinese and Indonesian employees as well as various construction teams to the development of QMB. He stated that, the company will continue to promote cultural integration, provide a conducive environment for the growth of Indonesian employees, build dormitories to accommodate more Indonesian staff, and continuously improve the working and living conditions for the employees.

He pointed out that the Dragon Boat Festival's zongzi (rice dumplings) and salted duck eggs symbolize strength and speed. He hopes that through today's Dragon Boat Festival celebration, all Chinese and Indonesian employees at QMB can unleash new strength and further accelerate the construction progress of Phase II of QMB, ESG projects, and other initiatives. Together, they will strive to promote the green development of Indonesia's nickel resources.
