On the 2nd May, the fourth annual training for a thousand skilled workers was successfully held at the International Conference Hall of the QMB Area Indonesia and concurrent enterprise culture courses were also conducted. After careful planning and organization, this year’s training program for a thousand skilled workers covered public courses such as enterprise culture, production safety, fire safety, environmental management, and quality management as well as specialized courses and practical training for both production and non-production systems. This diversified course design aims to comprehensively enhance employees’ professional skills and overall quality in their respective fields. To ensure the effective implementation of the training and its full reflection, the company also formed a textbook writing team, focusing on compiling training materials that combine graphics and texts, so that employees can thoroughly grasp and understand the training content.

A total of 874 employees registered to participate in this year’s training program for a thousand  skilled workers, including 507 Chinese employees and 367 Indonesian employees. This event not only marks the company’s continued investment in skills training and enterprise culture development but also injects new vitality into the company’s future development.
