Building a harmonious QMB and helping employees who are experiencing difficulties is an important part of our global ESG social responsibility and also an important step in promoting the integration of Chinese and Indonesian cultures even further. On March 28, QMB company carried out the implementation of QMB employee social assistance activities in 2024. This activity aims to actually carry out the service functions of the company, help employees overcome life's difficulties, and increase the sense of happiness and pride of employees. The cultural integration department, the ESG Promotion Department (Yan Xiodong), and the Indonesian Human Resources and Manpower Department (Wanqi) will review the summary of the personnel list, determine the verification list , conduct home verification, and determine the final list.
On April 27, 2024, QMB company began distributing social assistance directly to the residence of the underprivileged employee, which assistance consisted of 1 box of milk, 10 Kg of Rice, 10 liters of oil, 1 box of instant noodles, 1 sheet and distributed to 2 selected employees. Through the distribution of this assistance, the company has become closer to the lives and families of employees, understanding what is most expected, most urgent and most needed by employees. On April 30, 2024, QMB company distributed Phase 2 Social Assistance, which was in the form of RP 3,500,000 for 13 employees (Rp 45,500,000), and Rp 7,000,000 for 9 employees (Rp 63,000,000). The ceremony was held at the International Hall, with the ceremony taking place. In this activity there was 1 representative of underprivileged employees who conveyed a little impression and gratitude to the qmb company the employee said“as a representative of all employees who received assistance, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the management of PT QMB for this opportunity. May the kindness and dedication of this company continue to inspire, and may PT QMB continue to grow and succeed in its efforts”
