On April 1st, Indonesia's QMB held a certificate award ceremony of "One Thousand Skilled Workers" for the third batch. Peng Yaguang as General Manager of QMB, Jin Guoquan as a Executive Deputy General Manager of QMB, and Liu Wenze as a Executive Deputy General Manager, attended the certificate award ceremony.

A total of 690 skilled workers received certification in this batch (51 senior skilled workers, 252 intermediate skilled workers, and 387 junior skilled workers), including 444 Chinese skilled workers and 246 Indonesian skilled workers.

During the certificate award ceremony, representatives of Chinese and Indonesian skilled workers respectively shared their gains and growth during the training process, expressing gratitude to the company.

Peng Yaguang as a General Manager of QMB, stated in his speech that the company's cultivation of skilled talents not only provides employees with broader career development opportunities but also injects new vitality into the company's technological innovation capabilities. He encouraged all of QMB employees to continue to strengthen their technical learning, improve organizational skills and comprehensive qualities, and strive together for the better completion of QMB's later construction and production tasks, and for the green future of GEM.

It is understood that to further improve QMB's talent strategy mechanism and focus on building a "Skill-Based Talent" area, this is the third time that QMB has held the certificate award ceremony of "A Thousand Skilled Workers". As of now, 1029 skilled workers have been selected, including 632 Chinese skilled workers and 397 Indonesian skilled workers.
