On the evening of March 18th, QMB Indonesia region held a large Management Meeting, attended by the Chairman of GEM Group, Professor Xu Kai Hua in attendance and delivering a speech.

Chairman Xu Kai Hua stated that amidst the current challenges and hopes in the global economy, the growth rate of new energy markets is slowing down, and domestic overcapacity still exists. However, new energy is one of the most important new productive forces. In this situation, QMB has entered a new stage of development. Therefore, firstly, we need to organize and build a team of talents, established 15 Management and Operational Centers to enhance the overall management strength and capacity of the QMB team. Secondly, stabilizing production is the cornerstone of QMB's development. The purpose of the 15 Major Management and Operational Centers aim to serve the frontline of production and to promote massive production capacity release. Thirdly, focusing on achieve development targets. The second-phase QMB nickel resource project, as the largest nickel resource project currently under construction in the world, is highly anticipated. The construction task is also weighty, requiring continuous 24-hour work to firmly achieve various milestone targets. Chairman Xu, also stated that it is necessary to achieve comprehensive value upgrading for QMB through measures such as upgrading the appearance of the factory area, promoting automation development, enhancing logistics services, strengthening ESG development, and advancing engineering and technology.

Chairman  Xu pointed out that our overseas team carries with them a green vision for the world, serving the global new energy industry. The future is full of infinite possibilities, and the momentum of Qingmeibang's growth is unstoppable! In the future, the most outstanding overseas team, talent pool, as well as the integrated park for new energy battery materials and materials, will surely gather in Qingmeibang!

Then, the heads of the 15 major Management and Operational Centers each delivered their "inaugural speeches." They expressed with enthusiasm and passion, their determination to fully all requirements set by the Group, lead their teams well, and complete tasks resolutely.
