On January 1st of 2024, QMB held a welcoming ceremony for the new residents of the newly constructed Dormitory E. The event was attended by the Deputy General Manager of GEM Group, General Manager of QMB Peng Yaguang, Deputy General Manager of QMB Liu Wenze, and several other leaders.

During the event, Peng Yaguang officially announced that the new dormitory at QMB has been officially inaugurated and warmly welcoming the workers who will reside there. He reflected on QMB's progress, acknowledging the significant changes in living conditions within the company. All these achievements were recognized as the result of each worker's contribution, and Peng Yaguang hoped that in this comfortable atmosphere, everyone could continue to dedicate themselves and contribute to the advancement of QMB.

Furthermore, Peng Yaguang, along with the leaders, visited the dormitory building to get a better understanding of the construction and the conditions of the residents. Building E becomes the first brick-structured dormitory in QMB, designed and built to modern standards, and equipped with complete facilities. With a total building area of 10,063 square meters and a land area of 1,666 square meters, this building has 6 floors and provides 151 dormitory rooms, including suites, single rooms, and standard rooms, with a total capacity of 300 people. QMB's commitment continues to ensure a good working and living environment for employees by enhancing benefits and treatment, allowing every individual to experience warmth as if they were at home.
