On December 29th of 2023, QMB Indonesia held a certificate award ceremony for the "One Thousand Skilled Workers" second batch of 2023 filled with joy. The event was attended by the Deputy General Manager of GEM Group and the General Manager of QMB Peng Yaguang, as well as the Deputy General Managers of QMB Jin Guoquan, Liu Wenze and other leaders.

A total of 267 skilled workers successfully obtained certification, comprising 18 high-level technicians, 134 mid-level technicians, and 115 entry-level technicians. Out of this total, 135 technicians were from China, and 132 technicians were from Indonesia. As of now, QMB Indonesia has acknowledged certifications for 339 skilled workers, with 188 from China and 151 from Indonesia. This reflects QMB Indonesia's commitment to enhancing the professional skills of frontline employees, providing career-oriented training, and establishing a "Skilled Workforce" zone as a strong foundation for the ongoing competitiveness of the GEM Group in the global arena.

During the certificate award ceremony, representatives of technicians from China and Indonesia delivered speeches, sharing their experiences and growth during the training process while expressing gratitude to the company and the leaders. After the ceremony, Peng Yaguang delivered a speech, provided encouragement to the employees who have achieved certification, and emphasized that the company's efforts in developing skilled workforce not only provide broader career opportunities, but also bring new energy to the technical and innovative capabilities of the company. At the end of the speech, Peng Yaguang encouraged all employees of QMB to continue strengthening their technical knowledge. This is expected to collectively achieve better development and production tasks for QMB and lead GEM Group towards a brighter future together!
