Every year, celebrations come with joy. On September 21, 2023, as an expression of gratitude for the hard work and dedication of all employees, and to enhance their sense of identity and pride, as well as to convey the company's care and concern for them, the Cultural Integration Center and the Administrative Services Center jointly organized a birthday party for 211 employees celebrating their birthdays in September (126 from Indonesia and 85 from China). This was a way to allow employees to relax and enjoy moments of happiness amidst their busy work schedules.

Over the past 9 months, the Cultural Integration Center and the Administrative Services Center of QMB have organized various collective birthday parties for the employees. While the forms may vary, the happiness remains the same.

The employees gathered joyfully, sang birthday songs loudly, and enjoyed delicious birthday cakes. In this enjoyable birthday celebration atmosphere, they talked and shared stories, spreading happiness to everyone present. These warm moments made the employees feel the warmth within the extended QMB family. QMB is committed to organizing collective birthday parties that involve all employees, both in the office area and in various field projects. This is a way to show appreciation to employees working on the frontlines and provide them with genuine warmth, thus enhancing the happiness level of frontline employees.
