The event was attended by the Deputy Director of Lin-gang Group and General Manager of QMB, Peng Ya Guang, as well as the Assistant General Manager of the Group and Executive Deputy Director of QMB, Dr. Xu Pengyun, along with the first representatives of 60 pairs of teachers and students. In the spirited month of September, we express our gratitude to the teachers. In line with the implementation of the development concept of "cultural integration with mutual growth in Indonesia" proposed by Professor Xu Kaihua, Chairman of Lin-gang Group, and the importance of developing local human resources in Indonesia, on September 16, 2023, under the guidance of Lin-gang Group, the QMB Indonesia region held the launch event of the teacher-student management system and a teacher appreciation ceremony.

The implementation of the teacher-student management system will be effective in accelerating the integration of new employees into the company, subsequently fostering talent development. Alongside this, it will enhance the career achievements of more experienced employees, sharpen the leadership of mentors, and make the team more stable with the transfer of experience, transferable knowledge, and transferable culture. This will provide strong support for local talent training in the field of metallurgy and new energy in Indonesia, and contribute to an inspiring chapter in the development of the "Beautiful Indonesia" by Lin-gang Group.
