On the evening of September 8, 2023, in response to the upcoming implementation of the "Teacher-Student System" at QMB Indonesia, the Regional Engineering and Technology Research Center took the lead by organizing a teacher-student meeting. This event was attended by 13 members from the center's doctoral team and young Indonesian professionals, who participated both in person and through online video conferencing.

"Let every young Indonesian leader have a mentor!" In this teacher-student meeting, prospective "mentors" and "students" formed mentor-student communication groups, exchanged phone numbers and WeChat IDs, engaged in direct discussions about business-related matters, research topics, and development directions, and conducted mentor-student introduction ceremonies.

The Engineering and Technology Research Center will practice the requirements of "no order, no matter where you come from, focus on performance, focus on ability, use the talent and fair selection", and strongly promote the young Indonesian management talents to stand out, so that they can quickly grow up to be the core force of each link of the QMB Park.

Next, Indonesian QMB area will concentrate on implementing a mentorship program, pairing 65 Indonesian young talents who have been promoted and employed with mentors. Through mentorship, they will nurture local talents in the metallurgy and new energy industries, to serve the development of the new energy industry in Indonesia.
