On August 19, 2023, in order to commend the advanced, set up models, continuously enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, and create a high level of skilled personnel, the first batch of "1,000 technicians" of QMB in 2023 was solemnly held in the International Conference Hall of QMB to award the certificate ceremony.

Mr. Peng Yaguang, Deputy General Manager of Grimme Group and General Manager of Qingmeibang, Mr. Jin Guoquan, Executive Deputy General Manager of Qingmeibang, and leaders in charge of each department attended this award ceremony. There were 72 technicians (8 senior technicians, 22 intermediate technicians and 42 junior technicians), including 19 Indonesian employees and 53 Chinese employees. During the award ceremony, the representatives of Indonesian and Chinese technicians went up to the stage to deliver their award speeches, thanking the company for their cultivation as well as the guidance and support from all the leaders and colleagues.

After the award ceremony, Mr. Peng Yaguang, the CEO of QMB, took the stage to deliver a speech. He congratulated the workers who were part of the first batch to achieve technician certifications, and he also explained the company's strategies in skilled workforce development, including "skills inheritance through the mentorship system," "enhancing the quality and innovation of workforce capabilities," and "building comprehensive talent training mechanisms and resources."

Mr. Peng Yaguang emphasized that all of this is not a task that can be completed in an instant but is a long-term effort. He hopes that this award ceremony will be a moment to further promote the spirit of talented workers and contribute more to the development of the company, training more high-quality and knowledgeable workers!

The certificate presentation ceremony for the first batch of skilled workers has concluded, and the "Second Batch of One Thousand Skilled Workers" program will commence shortly. In the future, the company will continue to focus on training and selecting skilled workers, strengthen learning and innovation in technical knowledge, improve the capabilities and quality of the workforce in this industry, and continue to train more high-quality and highly knowledgeable workers to support industry development.

After the ceremony, a training meeting on the "Six Transformations Construction and Operation Management System" was held on-site. Mr. Peng Yaguang led the participants in learning the "Six Transformations" management system from GEM. In this meeting, the importance of implementing the "Six Transformations" standards proposed by Mr. Xu was explained, and the second-phase project of QMB is currently in its final stages. There is still a lot of work to be implemented and realized. QMB must improve the achievement level of the "Six Transformations" to reach high standards. This will provide a strong boost to promote the overall development of high-quality scientific development in all aspects and building an internationalized enterprise at a higher level.
