On August 1, 2023, in order to commend the advanced, set up role models, constantly enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team,as well as stimulate the enthusiasm of all employees. The award ceremony for outstanding employees in the second quarter was held in  QMB International Conference Hall.

Mr. Peng Yaguang, Deputy General Manager of GEM and General Manager of QMB, Mr. Xu Weiping, Executive Deputy Director of Group Human Resource Management Center, Mr. Cha Zhengchun, Deputy Director of Group Legal Affairs and Supervision Management Center and Director of Accounts Receivable Clearance Office, Mr. Jin Guoquan, Deputy General Manager of QMB, and leaders in charge of each department attended the award ceremony.

Each department of the company selected excellent employees in terms of morality (professional ethics), ability (professional ability), diligence (work attitude), performance (work performance) and team spirit. Through the selection process, the senior management and the Labor Integration Department decided to award 23 Chinese and 23 Indonesian employees with the title of "Outstanding Employee in the Second Quarter of 2023" and give them commendation.
