"at 17:30 on April 22, 2023, coinciding with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr, one of the major Islamic holidays in Indonesia, 64 Indonesian employees in QMB's construction department gathered within the QMB compound along with 26 other Chinese employees, who continued to work in their respective positions. This was done to enhance unity among Chinese and Indonesian employees and to boost recognition for the company. Executive Vice President of QMB, Yin Qinhua, consistently committed to promoting cultural integration and mutual growth with Indonesia. He led Chinese construction workers in organizing an Eid al-Fitr celebration for their Indonesian colleagues in the department. All logistical activities for the event were managed by the Chinese employees as an expression of gratitude for their Muslim colleagues' celebration and dedication to their duties."
