At 18:30 on the evening of April 20, 2023,  the first open class of training for a thousand technicians at QMB was successfully held in the International Conference Hall of the office building.

GEM, Supervisor Wu Guangyuan, QMB General Manager Peng Yaguang, and Deputy General Manager Jin Guoquan were present at the training. Before the training began, Supervisor Wu Guangyuan of GEM Group delivered a speech. The first open class was conducted by the Head of the Safety Department, Xu Chao, who briefed the attending students on production safety, construction safety, and other important matters.

This industrial worker skills enhancement training program primarily focuses on training industrial workers in safety production laws, trade union laws, and related laws and regulations. It also provides training in safety production knowledge, as well as knowledge related to intelligent, information, and modern management of enterprises, specialized industry personnel skills, and basic knowledge of prevention and control. The aim is to improve the overall skills and qualities of industrial workers, enhance their sense of work responsibility, and their ability to perform their duties effectively.

The event aims to achieve the goal of making industrial workers "skilled and innovative." Through skill lectures and legal education, it seeks to instill strong beliefs and a sense of responsibility in industrial workers, hone their skills, and encourage them to embrace new concepts, learn new knowledge, and acquire new skills. The objective is to empower them to become high-quality laborers capable of meeting the demands of the new era's development.
