In order to enhance the production capacity of the first phase project and expedite the planning and construction of the second phase, the company specifically conducts a monthly selection of the best employees with the aim of fostering mutual respect towards employees, boosting enthusiasm and spirit in their work, and aligning with the vision and mission of PT QMB. On December 5th, the list of outstanding employees who had undergone selection was announced, and 28 outstanding employees were finally identified. The list is shown in the attachment.
