In order to achieve the goal of "Cultural Integration and Growing Together with Indonesia," we implemented the requirements of Professor Xu Kaihua, the CEO of the company, on cultivating thousands of Indonesian employees talents, according to the previously released notification, the company organized a selection process for Indonesian employees. Representatives of the company's management conducted interviews and select Indonesian employees with a bachelor's degree who have been employed for more than six months. After being selected and decided upon by the company, the list of (first batch) candidates from the thousands Indonesian employees at PT. QMB is now publicly announced, totaling 36 individuals, as detailed in the attachment.
