In order to increase the production capacity of the first phase of the project and expedite the planning and construction of the second phase, the company conducts a specific selection of the best employees every month to foster mutual respect among employees, boost motivation and enthusiasm in their work, and uphold the vision and mission of PT QMB. In the selection of the best employees for the month of November, potential candidates are recommended by various departments through initial screening and a comprehensive review by the selection team. There are 28 employees who have been selected as the best employees, and their names are listed in the attachment.
