On September 8, 2025, the International Green Industrial Park (IGIP) held a grand inauguration ceremony for its “Green Home” dormitory. Mr. Cui Tao, Assistant to the General Manager of GEM and Director of the IGIP Promotion Office, together with Executive Deputy Directors Mr. Wu Xulong and Mr. Wang Shourong, as well as representatives from various departments, attended the event to witness this important milestone.

At the ceremony, Mr. Cui Tao delivered a speech, noting that Building A, as the first employee dormitory completed since IGIP’s groundbreaking, holds milestone significance. From the groundbreaking on July 21 to delivery and move-in, the project was completed in just 50 days—once again demonstrating the remarkable “GEM Speed.” He emphasized that the achievement reflects the unity, collaboration, and perseverance of the GEM team, setting a benchmark and building confidence for future development.

Speaking on behalf of employees, Indonesian representative Mr. Kasmin Kalila expressed sincere gratitude to the company for building the new dormitory and providing care and support. He highlighted that the new housing not only strengthens the bond between the company and its employees but also serves as a vivid example of China–Indonesia cultural integration.

Afterward, leaders handed over keys to employees, who moved into their brand-new homes with joy and smiles. The dormitory is equipped with 335 units, complete with washing machines and private bathrooms, providing accommodation for 755 residents. A total of 316 employees have already moved in as the first group.
